Q. What is the MOREnet satisfaction survey all about?
A. MOREnet is asking a select group of individuals who represent our core customer groups to participate in an online survey designed to help measure their satisfaction with MOREnet and the services it delivers. Survey participants include Institutional Representatives, Technical Contacts and other organizational contacts from higher education, K-12 schools and public libraries. It is vital for us to hear how we are doing and how we can enhance our customers' satisfaction with MOREnet and the services we deliver to support their organizations and customers.
Q. How can I take the survey?
A. Survey participants will receive a postal letter of explanation from MOREnet and an e-mail invitation from Amplitude Research. The e-mail message will contain an individualized link (URL) to participate in the survey. Be sure to keep this e-mail message until you have completed the survey successfully.

Q. What if I've received a letter about participating, but don't receive the e-mail with my link to take the survey?
A. Look for your e-mail invitation with a link to take the web-based survey in your inbox during the week of March 21, 2005. The message will come from Amplitude Research (admin@amplituderesearch.net). If you have not received your e-mail invitation by March 28, contact Amplitude Research.

A. Your Web browser must have cookies enabled.

Q. What if I am interrupted while completing the survey; can I continue?
A. Though you should be able to complete the brief survey quickly, if you must stop and return to it later, simply click on the personalized link in your e-mail invitation message from Amplitude Research.

Q. Are my survey responses anonymous/confidential?
A. Yes, all responses are confidential. Your opinions will be reported to MOREnet as a summary—no identifying information about you or your institution will be released to anyone at MOREnet.
Q. Prizes? What prizes? Who is eligible? Will it affect the anonymity of my survey responses?
A. As a way of saying "Thank you," after you complete the survey you
may choose to be entered in a drawing to win a valuable prize, including a World
Book CD-ROM donated by World
Book, Inc., a Best Buy™ gift certificate donated by Leviton, a Best
Buy™ gift certificate donated by Panduit, a student's desk chair donated
by benee's or
a certificate for a complimentary registration that can be used for a future
MOREnet conference.
The anonymity of your survey responses is not affected by entering this drawing.

A. MOREnet will use your valuable input to better understand what MOREnet does well, and areas where MOREnet needs improvement.
