More than ever, MOREnet is committed to providing advanced Internet-based services and tools that enhance our members' ability to meet the evolving demands of their organizations and their customers.
What MOREnet Did
MOREnet asked a select group of individuals who represent our core member groups—higher education, K-12 schools and public libraries—to participate in an online survey designed to help measure their satisfaction with MOREnet and the services it delivers. The online survey was designed and fielded by an independent expert and administered through Vangel Marketing Communications. All responses were anonymous.
What MOREnet Learned
MOREnet received an excellent overall satisfaction rating of 9.1 out of 10. MOREnet"s primary service—providing reliable Internet connectivity for Missouri public schools, higher education institutions and libraries—earned near-perfect ratings (9.5 out of 10).
How MOREnet Will Use the Information
The opinions were reported to MOREnet as a summary--no identifying information about respondents or their institutions will be released to anyone at MOREnet. MOREnet will use this valuable input to better understand what we do well, and areas where we need improvement.
