Exhibition Hall
Once again, the Exhibitor Fair will be in the Grand Ballroom. Registration for exhibit space is now open, and runs from July 17 to Sept. 22.
*** Exhibitors accepted after the deadline will not be included in the MITC program.
Booth space is $600 and includes the following:
- One 8’ x 10’ carpeted booth space
- One 6’ x 30” skirted table
- Two chairs
- 7” x 44” identification sign
- Wastebasket
- One 110-volt outlet
- Company information in MITC program (distributed to every participant)
- Exhibit hall passes for two representatives
Internet Connectivity is available for your booth for an additional $75.
Additional representative passes are available at $150 each.

Payment must be received within 15 business days of registration, or the selected booth will be returned to inventory, and the registration cancelled.
Exhibit Hall hours for MITC 2006:
Setup: Oct. 22, 1 – 6 p.m. and Oct. 23, 8 – 11:30 a.m.
Open: Oct. 23, Noon – 7 p.m. and Oct. 24, 8 – 11:30 a.m.
** Additional tables and phone lines are available directly from Tan-Tar-A. Contact them at (573) 348-5176 once you have received your booth number. You will be responsible for charges billed by Tan-Tar-A for these services.

Program Advertising
The MITC program is a high-quality publication that includes the conference schedule, session descriptions, exhibitor information and other essential attendee information. Covers are full color, and the book has spot color throughout. The program is distributed to every Event attendee at registration.

Advertising space in the 2006 MOREnet Instructional Technology Conference program is limited; ad space is not secured until payment is received.

Door Prizes

Please note the name of your company, contact person, booth number and event name and dates on your packages. You may ship up to 30 days in advance, but please ensure delivery by October 20.
Safety
Exhibit and booth materials are to comply with federal, state and city insurance underwriters and hotel safety regulations with special precautions against flammable or explosive matter, deficient wiring, storage of packing materials in exhibit area and blocking of aisle.
Liability & Security
By submitting your Exhibitor Application, you agree to the following:
1. Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility for losses, damages and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel’s premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
2. The exhibit area will be secured, to the extent possible, during those hours when the exhibit area is not open to the public. However, MOREnet cannot guarantee against loss, damage, or injury of any kind. Be advised, exhibitor should not leave valuables unattended during setup, exhibit hours and after show hours, and/or tear down. Exhibitors are solely responsible for the security of their exhibits and equipment. Exhibitor will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOREnet and the University of Missouri from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
Code of Professional Responsibility
1. Exhibitor agrees to interact with integrity and courtesy toward all conference participants and support staff. Exhibitor agrees to accurately represent and showcase products and services for the benefit of conference participants.
2. Exhibitor acknowledges that Internet connectivity for the exhibit hall and meeting rooms is provided by MOREnet, utilizing the MOREnet statewide network. Connectivity is provided for the sole purpose of exhibiting products and services and related business that support MOREnet member participants and their purposes. See MOREnet Acceptable Use Policy (link) for more information.
3. Exhibitor agrees to have exhibit space set up and staffed during all open exhibit hall hours. Early tear-down will incur a $50 penalty.
Hotel Information
Conference participants are responsible for making their own reservations and travel arrangements. An MITC room rate is available for conference attendees. You must call Tan-Tar-A at (573) 348-3131 and reference MITC for the special rate.
