Fees

Attendees:

• Registration fees include meals, admission to breakout sessions and the exhibitor fair.
• Conference Registration: MOREnet members, $290 / nonmembers, $390
• Online Early Bird (Aug. 28-Oct. 13): members, $265 / nonmembers, $365
• Pre-Conference Half Day / Full Day: $85 / $170

Presenters:

• Registration fee is waived for one person per presentation.

Cancellation and Refund Information

Participants who cancel before online registration closes (Oct. 13) will receive a 100 percent refund. Participants who cancel after Oct. 13 will not receive a refund but may send another person in their place.

Payment Information

University policies require the following conference payment procedures:

• Payment must be received within five working days of the submission date of your online registration or the registration will be cancelled.
• Registrants will receive e-mail confirmation after MOREnet receives payment.
• Types of payment accepted: Check, Purchase Order or Credit Card (Visa, Master Card and Discover) only.

Note: You will receive an automated confirmation within a few minutes after submitting your online registration. This is not your official confirmation. You will receive an official confirmation after payment has been received. The official confirmation will state that payment has been received.

Purchase Order (P.O.) Payments

• Complete the online registration process, making sure to include the Purchase Order number in its designated field.
• Fax your Purchase Order to MOREnet Conferences and Events at [573] 884=2943 within five working days.

Hotel Information

All conference sessions and exhibits are scheduled at Tan-Tar-A in Osage Beach, MO (State Road KK off Highway 54).

Conference participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. A special room rate of $87 per night for conference attendees is available. You must call Tan-Tar-A at (573) 348-3131 and reference the 2006 MOREnet Instructional Technology Conference.
