What meals are included with the registration?

Conference registration includes refreshment breaks and lunches on Wednesday and Thursday, breakfast on Thursday as well as the Wednesday evening reception.

How do I cancel or modify my conference registration?

If you are unable to attend HELIX 2006, please contact MOREnet Conferences and Events at (573) 882-0289 or e-mail to conferences@more.net.

If you are unable to attend HELIX 2006, please contact MOREnet Conferences and Events. Participants who cancel on or before March 10, 2006, will be refunded 80 percent of the registration fee. After March 10, 2006, no refunds are available.

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual is fine for this conference.

Will there be opportunities to network with colleagues?

The HELIX conference offers a number of opportunities for participants to meet with colleagues to exchange ideas with others in a relaxed and informal setting during lunches, breaks, at the exhibitor fair and reception.

How can someone reach me in case of an emergency?

If someone from your family or office needs to reach you in an emergency situation while you're at the conference, and they've exhausted all other possibilities, have the person call the Tan-Tar-A main desk at (800) 826-8272, ask them to transfer you to the MOREnet HELIX 2005 registration desk and we'll do our best to get the message to you.

Will there be computers with Internet access at the conference?
