Overview
Join us at the Lake of the Ozarks for the 2006 Higher Education Learning and Information eXchange (HELIX) conference. This year’s program will continue to provide the professional development and networking opportunities that you’ve come to expect from HELIX. This year’s conference theme, “Collaborations & Partnerships: Communities in Action,” will highlight those collaborative partnerships that allow higher education institutions to leverage resources, increase efficiency and link complementary expertise. This will be a great opportunity for members to showcase their activities and share success stories with colleagues.
The conference will follow four tracks:
- Collaborations and Partnerships
- Energizing Teaching and Learning
- Security, Networking and User Support
- **Web Development
*The Web Development track is being sponsored by the Missouri Higher Education Web Professionals (Missouri HighEdWeb).
You’ll also have the opportunity to meet with industry representatives at the Wednesday Exhibitor Fair that will help you make informed buying decisions on new technology and software solutions for your campus.
We hope that you can join your colleagues and us for two days of presentations, discussions and networking, as we continue to explore the evolution of instructional and information technology in higher education.
The conference is sponsored by the Missouri Education and Research Consortium (MERC).
