What meals are included with the registration?

Conference registration includes refreshment breaks and lunches on Thursday and Friday, breakfast on Friday as well as the Thursday evening reception.

How do I cancel or modify my conference registration?

If you are unable to attend HELIX 2007, please contact MOREnet Conferences and Events at (573) 882-0289 or e-mail conferences@more.net. Participants who cancel on or before March 19, 2007, will be refunded 80 percent of the registration fee. After March 19, 2007, no refunds are available.

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual is fine for this conference.

Will there be opportunities to network with colleagues?

The HELIX conference offers a number of opportunities for participants to meet with colleagues to exchange ideas in a relaxed and informal setting during lunches, breaks, at the exhibitor fair and reception.

How can someone reach me in case of an emergency?

If someone from your family or office needs to reach you in an emergency situation while you're at the conference, and they've exhausted all other possibilities, have the person call the Tan-Tar-A main desk at (800) 826-8272, ask them to transfer you to the MOREnet HELIX 2007 registration desk and we'll do our best to get the message to you.
