Tips and Tricks for Participants

• If you have a microphone attached to your computer, you have the ability to speak to others in the session. To determine if you have been given speaking privileges, look for a picture of a microphone next to your name.
• To speak during the session, press and hold down the Ctrl key. Release the Ctrl key when finished speaking.
• If you don't have a microphone attached to your computer, you can still communicate with the Leader using text chat. To enter text chat, click on the keyboard icon at the top of your screen.
• To get the Leader's attention, click on the raised hand icon at the top of your screen.
• If you have trouble either with hearing others who are speaking or with others being able to hear you, try running the Audio Wizard. Click on Tools, Audio Wizard and follow the prompts.
