2007 Advanced Technical Security Symposium

The Advanced Technical Security Symposium on Nov. 27-28, 2007, brings a diverse group of professionals from across the Missouri public sector who are involved with and interested in computer security issues. Conference attendees are from Missouri state government, law enforcement, community information networks, public libraries, higher education and K-12 schools.

The Symposium reflects a growing movement to pool information and resources to combat a common threat. Computer security issues, both network and host, are a critical to any entity on the Internet. New questions emerge on a daily basis covering issues ranging from legal and technical to policy and staffing issues. Join the Symposium and share!

Payment Information

MOREnet’s preferred method of payment is credit card. If credit card payment is not possible for you, MOREnet offers two other options of Check or Purchase Order.

Note: You will receive an automated notification via e-mail within a few minutes of submitting your online registration. This indicates that your information has been submitted. When we receive validation of your payment information, you will receive an official payment confirmation. Official confirmations will be sent to those paying by check and purchase order when the actual payment has been received.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payment information must be called into MOREnet within 15 business days of registration date. If payment information is not received, your registration will be cancelled. Credit Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard or Discover. To pay by credit card, please call MOREnet Conferences at (573) 882-0289.

Check

Your check must be received within 15 business days of registration date. If registration is received after Nov. 15, it must be received no later than Nov.23. If check is not received, your registration will be cancelled. Make checks payable to the University of Missouri and send to

Purchase Order (P.O.) Payments

A valid PO number must be given at the time of registration with the PO faxed to MOREnet at (573) 884-2943. A University invoice will be generated for payment.

Cancellation

Participants who cancel on or before Nov. 1, 2007, will be refunded 100 percent of the registration fee. After Nov. 1, 2007, no refunds are available. Substitutions are encouraged and accepted.
