Since 2007, Greg Silvey has been MOREnet's Director of Fiscal and Contractual Services.

MOREnet’s Fiscal and Contractual Services includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, general ledger and all aspects of procurement. Completion and submission of the E-rate application also falls under his realm and is a major component of MOREnet’s funding. Greg works closely with the Great Plains Network and oversees the preparation of their financial statements and budget. He also oversees Human Resources and is the lead on strategic planning and project management as well as the preparer of all memoranda of understanding for the organization.

Prior to joining MOREnet, Greg was the Chief Financial Officer at Missouri Valley College where he was responsible for all financially related matters. Before arriving at Missouri Valley College he was the Assistant Director of Business Services for the Columbia Public Schools, a position he held for 15 years.

Greg is a lifelong resident of Boonville, Mo., where he resides with his wife. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
