Service Description

The MOREnet KnowledgeBase, from RightAnswers, is a collection of more than 56,000 technical knowledgebase articles across many software titles including Microsoft applications, Adobe applications, StarOffice, Novell GroupWise, Netscape and others. In addition, MOREnet adds our own custom content relevant to MOREnet member services. The MOREnet KnowledgeBase is available outside normal technical support hours. It provides around-the-clock support and includes topics that MOREnet staff typically wouldn’t support.

Eligibilty

All MOREnet members are eligible to access the KnowledgeBase.

Accessing the Service

MOREnet member staff, faculty, students and end users can access the KnowledgeBase from computers with MOREnet-recognized IP addresses.
