Access Policy
The EBSCO, Gale, NewsBank and LearningExpress resources are available to MOREnet Members at the Full Service or Basic Service membership level.
Members may use MOREnet-affiliated IP addresses or other static IP addresses assigned to their organizations and on file at MOREnet.
Remote access by registered/authorized staff, students and patrons is permitted. Users can setup an account through remote access methods or on-site. Once an account is created it can be used at any outside location.

Test preparation materials span ages from elementary through adult. This testing resource also provides instant scoring and customized feedback.
Job & Career Accelerator
This job and career resource provides an online resume and letter building tool with hundreds of occupation specific examples; a database of job and internship opportunities; over 1,000 occupational profiles; personalized career guidance testing; ability to save work in a job search portfolio; and integrates with practice tests available in LearningExpress Library.
Popular Software Tutorials
This resource allows individuals to learn about commonly used software applications and operating systems at their own pace and level.

EBSCO, Gale and NewsBank are provided to MOREnet members through funding by the Missouri General Assembly. This appropriation is made to the Secretary of State's Office and is administered by the Missouri State Library. LearningExpress Library is funded through DESE and The REAL Program. The Job and Career Accelerator and Popular Software Tutorials is available through The REAL Program. Kids InfoBits from Gale is funded through DESE.
