Library Research Project Finalists Announced
In May 2013, MOREnet announced that it was seeking proposals from member libraries to partner with MOREnet on an exciting and game-changing opportunity to explore what the future of library services will be and to define and implement the technologies that will support those services.
Today, MOREnet is happy to announce the finalists for the upcoming research project. Those finalists are Daniel Boone Regional Library, Kansas City Public Library and University City Public Library. Congratulations to the finalists and thank you to every MOREnet Library Member that submitted a proposal. Your efforts are sincerely appreciated.
The eventual project partner will work with MOREnet over a three-year period in an effort to remove technical barriers and work towards identifying and creating a set of tools and services to support future libraries. It is our hope to announce the final partnership on Sept. 26.
