MOREnet offers support on local and wide area networks. This can include connecting to and using MOREnet resources, or member-owned servers, routing devices and other networking technologies.

Support is available in the form of troubleshooting, consulting, design and analysis.  MOREnet's Network Consulting staff also help write, find and research some of the articles for MOREnet's KnowledgeBase,

Eligibility

All MOREnet members are eligible to receive support, but end-users should work through their local technical support groups.

Terms and Conditions

Support is provided on a best effort basis and as resources are available. Not all technologies are supported.

Accessing the Service

Contact MOREnet Network Consulting at (800) 509-6673 or (573) 884-7200 and select the phone tree option for technical support, by e-mail to help@more.net, or by submitting a ticket using MyMOREnet.

Normal hours of operation for Network Consulting are Monday -Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding University holidays.
