MOREnet provides access to a number of periodical and reference full-text online resources from Cengage Gale, online practice tests from LearningExpress LLC and full-text of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and Kansas City Star from NewsBank. Also linked on the page are quality free resources that might be of interest to our members including NetSmartz Internet safety materials, Annenberg Media professional development materials for educators. Also included are Missouri resources like Missouri Digital Heritage Initiative and Finding Missouri: Our History and Heritage and lots more.

The online resources are available 24/7. Access is also available from outside your institutions location through a variety of methods.Gale provides access to articles and information on a wide range of subjects including current events, health, business and materials suitable for elementary and secondary students. Resources provided by Gale and NewsBank allow schools to help meet MSIP standards for Electronic Resources. LearningExpress Library allows each user to return to saved tests as well as instant scoring and customized feedback. In addition to academic and certification practice tests, LearningExpress Library has a wide range of career and resume job search guides and assistance.

Access to Online Resources is included with MOREnet membership.
Newsbank and Gale Discovering Collection are provided to MOREnet members through funding by the Missouri General Assembly. This appropriation is made to the Secretary of State’s Office and is administered by the Missouri State Library. LearningExpress Library is funded through the TNP and REAL Program reserves.
