Internet Connection - MOREnet provides Internet connectivity to Missouri's K-12 schools, colleges and universities, libraries, state government and teaching hospitals and clinics. (Some services are fee-based.)

Internet2 - MOREnet members have access to the nation's premiere research and education network, Internet2.

Technical Support - Support for MOREnet-provided services; step-by-step instructions, troubleshooting guides and technical documentation.

Consulting for Member Networks - Network consulting, design and analysis for local and wide area networks; connecting to and using MOREnet resources, servers, routing devices and other networking technologies.

Discussion Lists - MOREnet discussion lists provide a forum where people may leave messages for an entire group just by posting to one list address. Members may request that MOREnet set up a new discussion list or they may subscribe to an existing list.

Domain Name System (DNS) Services - MOREnet assists its members and other organizations with the registration and maintenance of domain names, subdomains and host names. (Some services are fee-based.)

E-rate (Universal Service Fund) Assistance - MOREnet offers training and support for the E-rate application process.

Good Net Neighbor (GNN) - Phase 1 - The Good Net Neighbor - Phase 1 service is a free service that blocks certain Windows Networking ports known to be prone to exploitation by viruses and other malware.

Good Net Neighbor - Phase 2 - GNN Phase 2 implements access control lists to block outbound port 25 (Simple Mail Transport Protocol - SMTP) traffic from all systems except known, designated mail servers within your organization or network. By blocking workstations' ability to send traffic on port 25, your network will not become "spam friendly," and you will be less likely to end up on a blacklist.

MOREnet KnowledgeBase - MOREnet offers a searchable knowledgebase to all member faculty, staff, students and end users. The MOREnet KnowledgeBase, from RightAnswers, is a collection of more than 125,000 technical knowledgebase articles across more than 200 software titles. In addition, MOREnet adds custom content relevant to MOREnet member services. Users can access the MOREnet KnowledgeBase from any MOREnet-recognized IP address.

Live Video Streaming - MOREnet's Live Video Streaming service enables members to serve streaming video without increasing their bandwidth. Members simply send encoded streams to the MOREnet server, which is capable of distributing them to as many as 175 connections. (Fee-based service)

MyMOREnet - MyMOREnet is a Web-based service provided by MOREnet to allow members to access organization-specific information. User administrators at each organization decide who has access to what information.

Online Resources - MOREnet offers access to a virtual library of online resources including encyclopedias, journals, periodicals and more to its members. EBSCOhost and NewsBank availability is sponsored by the Missouri State Library.

Router Management - MOREnet configures, maintains and monitors MOREnet-managed gateway routers at member sites.

Network Security and Incident Response - Event response to and on behalf of its members, security consulting, training and alerts to members.

Technical Training - Training on a wide variety of technical topics is available to all MOREnet members. (Some topics are offered at no additional cost, while others are offered for an extra fee.)

Usenet - MOREnet collects NNTP-based Usenet feeds and redistributes them across the MOREnet backbone to any subscribing member.

Videoconferencing - MOREnet provides and supports point-to-point and multipoint videoconferencing over a reliable, dedicated network as part of MOREnet membership.

Web Seminars - Information sharing with colleagues, MOREnet staff and subject-matter experts, delivered to your desktop via MOREnet's e-Conferencing service. Both live and recorded events are available.
