Service Description
MOREnet offers support on all MOREnet services as well as local and wide area networks. This can include connecting to and using MOREnet resources, servers, routing devices and other networking technologies.
Features
Support is available in the form of troubleshooting, consulting, design and analysis. MOREnet's Technical Support and Network Consulting staff also help write, find and research some of the articles for MOREnet's KnowledgeBase, a collection of more than 56,000 technical knowledgebase articles across many software titles including Microsoft applications, Adobe applications, StarOffice, Novell GroupWise, Netscape and others.
Eligibility
All MOREnet members are eligible to receive support, but end-users should work through their local technical support groups.
Terms and Conditions
Support is provided on a best effort basis and as resources are available. Not all technologies are supported.
