MOREnet provides support for videoconferencing during Video Services regular business hours, 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday, except for holidays. Support is also available for pre-scheduled videoconferences occurring between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Friday or between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday.
NOTE: Members must have a Video Technical Contact available at their site during all videoconferences to assist MOREnet with troubleshooting.
