MERC

Governance

The Missouri Education and Research Consortium (MERC) is a membership organization with a Board of Directors that oversees the affairs of the Consortium. The Consortium negotiates service offerings and fee structures with MOREnet on behalf of its members. Individual members are responsible for contracting with MOREnet for services and for payment of fees as outlined in the MERC Goverance Procedures, MERC Membership Agreement and MOREnet business documents.
