Consulting and Training Services

Model bid specifications for desktop computers, local area networks, and wide area networks that will, at a minimum, provide local and library district-wide networks the ability to effectively access MOREnet.

Technical consultation for networking, planning, and technical assistance which is focused on Internet, intranet, and related technical issues. Technical services include seminars and planning assistance.

Online and telephone support to project coordinators in the form of MOREnet Technical Support. Technical Support provides technical and functional assistance to the project coordinators and is the primary entry point for MOREnet services.

Hands-on basic training, at project expense, for library district coordinators at the MOREnet training facility in Columbia, plus follow-on advanced training either on a regional basis or at the MOREnet training facility.

Documentation and training materials for all participating organizations.

Provide consulting service for the Universal Service Fund discount application process.
