Incident Response

Introduction

MOREnet Security gathers information relating to all security events on MOREnet customer networks. Any site-specific information will be held in strict confidence, unless the customer site gives MOREnet permission to release such information.

To fully serve the needs of its customers, MOREnet Security provides two Incident Reporting forms. The preferred form is an online form that will expedite handline of any reported security incident. However, for customers whose browsers do not support forms, a text version is also available.

Instructions

If your browser supports forms, simply use the Online Incident Report to report a security incident.

If your browser does not support forms, use the Text only Incident Report to report your incident. Submit the text only version by downloading the form, filling it out, then copying the text into an e-mail. Send the e-mail to security@more.net. If you cannot send e-mail, you can fax a printed copy of the form to +1-573-884-7699.
