Event Handling

In the event of a security incident involving a MOREnet member, please complete the online Incident Response Form. If you cannot complete the online form, complete the text version of the form and e-mail it to security@more.net or print it and fax the form to (573) 884-6673.

The MOREnet Incident Response Team has developed this form in an effort to gather incident information. Some of the information on the form is optional, but our experience indicates that having the answers to all our questions enables us to provide the best assistance. Completing the form also helps avoid delays while we get back to you requesting the information we need in order to help you. Sites have told us, as well, that filling out the form has helped them work through the incident.

Please note that any security information specific to your site is kept strictly confidential and not released without your prior approval.
