MOREnet staff will electronically monitor
the circuit and equipment and quickly respond to problems during normal
business hours.
A trained member contact may be asked to check device
indicator lights and switch electrical power on/off.
Contacts should be able to inform MOREnet staff of any
recent changes within their networks.
MOREnet will respond 24x7 to trouble calls from members.
A trained technician must be on site,
or available to go immediately to the site, if the member calls
for assistance after normal business hours.

Member's Responsibilities - SLA
In addition to standard MOREnet responsibilities, MOREnet
staff will electronically monitor the circuit and equipment and quickly respond
to problems during the extended hours specified
on the member's Extended
Hours SLA.
In addition to standard member responsibilities, a technician
must be willing to respond to SPOC calls
during all hours of operation selected on the Extended
Hours SLA.
