Event Manager

What is the role of event manager?
Members who subscribe to MOREnet's e-Conferencing service may designate up to five e-Conferencing Event Managers to coordinate the set up of events, classes and user accounts for the organization. Event Managers will be responsible for providing frontline technical support and training guidance to their organizations' end users.

Event Managers are urged to participate in training from MOREnet on the Centra suite and how to be an Event Manager so they can use the service more effectively.

Content Developer

What is the role of content developer?
A content developer is an individual who creates the content for a Centra session or manages the Learning Resources, Categories, References and FAQs of the Centra Knowledge Catalog.
