Technical Support
Customers who subscribe to MOREnet's e-Conferencing service may designate up to five e-Conferencing Event Managers to coordinate the set up of events, classes and user accounts for the organization. Event Managers will be responsible for providing frontline technical support and training guidance to their organizations' end users.
Event Managers are urged to participate in training from MOREnet on the Centra suite and how to be an Event Manager so they can use the service more effectively.
MOREnet will not be able to add participants to an event without the permission of the Event Manager.
e-Conferencing users — including Participants, Content Developers and Leaders — will receive support assistance from their local technical personnel or Event Managers. Scheduled training classes and reference materials are available from MOREnet for each of these user roles.
