With MOREnet's E-mail Archiving service, subscribers can archive e-mail for their organizations simply, securely and inexpensively. We can archive e-mail from cloud services like Google, or live@edu accounts or if you host your e-mail locally. Subscribers can archive their e-mail without the complexity and expense of managing and maintaining servers and hardware. The service's architecture allows organizations to archive their e-mail on MOREnet's managed servers.

Eligibility

MOREnet members, both connected and non-connected, are eligible for this service.

Subscribers of MOREnet's Managed E-mail Hosting service do not need to subscribe to this service as E-mail Archiving is already included.

• All services are subject to MOREnet Service Policies.
• MOREnet is not liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from any use of this service or any outage, planned or unplanned, of this service.

Accessing the Service

To purchase MOREnet's E-mail Archiving service:

1. Fax or mail a completed Order Form with copy of a purchase order to MOREnet. The billing process will begin automatically upon receipt of the order form.
2. MOREnet will process your subscription upon receipt of the order form and purchase order and will contact you to configure the service.

Cancellations

Service cancellations must be received by June 1 to avoid being charged for an additional year. There are no refunds available for this service.
