2004 E-rate Regional Training Sessions

In late October and early November of 2004, MOREnet will conduct regional training sessions on the E-rate program. These sessions are intended as an introduction to the program. During this training, participants will receive an overview of the E-rate program, including eligible services, the application process and the required forms. Form 471 will be covered in-depth to provide the knowledge needed to complete an application this fall.

Please include your name, daytime phone number, e-mail address, organization and location and date of training that you wish to attend with your registration request.

  • Coming from the north on highway 63, take the Broadway exit
  • Turn left (east). Take Broadway approximately .90 miles (through one stop light). The library is on the left
  • Coming from the south on highway 63, turn right on Jackie
  • Garrett Dr. This is the first stoplight as you approach West Plains on south 63. Continue on this street, which turns into Broadway. The library is on the left, approximately 2 miles from highway 63
• Coming from the east on highway 160, turn left on St. Louis St.
  • Follow St. Louis until it intersects with Washington Ave. Turn left on Washington Ave. Take Washington Ave. 2 blocks, where it intersects Broadway St. Turn right on Broadway. The library is on the left 4 blocks down
  • Coming from the west on highway 160, turn left at the intersection of 160 and the 63 bypass. Take the bypass to the Broadway exit, turn right. Take Broadway approximately .90 miles (through one stop light). The library is on the right
• There is parking available at both the north and south entrances to the building. The north entrance is on Broadway. The south entrance is on Cass Ave.
