kinetic users are subject to follow MOREnet Service Policies.
Cancellation Process
- Customer must send written notification of intent to discontinue use of kinetic service.
- Send cancellation to MOREnet Admin Support:

- There is no refund upon cancellation of the kinetic service.
K-12 TNP/REAL CONNECT E-mail Accounts
If using e-mail services, MOREnet requests that schools and libraries relinquish
e-mail-only CONNECT accounts after 12 months of using kinetic service.
Does not affect dial-up CONNECT accounts for coordinators. Please contact MOREnet
Project Support at (800)509-6673 or e-mail adminsupp@more.net
to relinquish accounts.
Technical Support
Existing MOREnet contacts are eligible to contact MOREnet Technical Support for assistance with the kinetic service.
Training
The primary method of training for the kinetic service are print training materials that will be distributed to applicants via U.S. Mail. The training materials will also be available on the Web.
There will be a regularly scheduled interactive event
like a conference call or chat session with a MOREnet trainer to answer any questions or provide some additional instruction.
Once you have completed the exercises provided in your training materials, all you need to do is contact
Technical Support to request activation of your account. Accounts will be activated by the end of the next business day.
Hands-on classroom training is also available for individuals who prefer classroom-based
training or are interested in some additional assistance. Please check the MOREnet Training Schedule for the next class.
