Before calling MOREnet, please go through the Video Services Troubleshooting
Checklist and make sure you have your Site
Information at hand.
Support Hours
MOREnet provides support
for videoconferencing during Video Services regular business hours, 7:30 a.m.
- 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday, except
for holidays. Support is also available for pre-scheduled videoconferences
occurring between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Friday or between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
on Saturday. (Note: Members must have a Video Technical Contact available
at their site during all videoconferences to assist MOREnet with troubleshooting.)
