PVX Support

MOREnet has certified the new Polycom PVX PC desktop software for videoconferencing use in the MOREnet infrastructure.

MOREnet is not able to test or support every hardware/software environment or configuration that its customers use.

  • Documentation on the Polycom PVX website provides detailed troubleshooting information for the various issues that may arise. Please read and follow the directions given.

  • To troubleshoot suspected software conflicts resulting from loading the PVX application and related software, please consult your local support department or Polycom Support.
