Troubleshooting

MOREnet monitors from your edge device through our network to the MCU. This means that we monitor the circuits between our Cisco devices, the Telcos, MGX, BPX, and MCUs.

We will notify the person listed in your Service Level Agreement if something happens in our environment that affects your videoconference. Beyond looping back your edge device to see that it is functional we can supply some limited advice.

Before Calling MOREnet

If you experience videoconferencing problems and need assistance, please complete the steps described in the document Before Calling MOREnet. Performing these simple preliminary tests and collecting the Site Information requested will enable Video Services to help you resolve your problem more quickly.
