Changing Settings on Polycom

Erasing Polycom Settings

To erase settings on the Polycom:

1. Turn on Polycom

2. Click on System Info

3. Write down the following
   • IP address (ex. 207.160.149.240)
   • Serial Number (ex. 000AB2)
     
     
   Of the two, the MOST important is the Serial Number
   
   

4. Next, click on Diagnostics

5. Click on Reset System

6. Enter Serial Number of the Polycom unit

7. Click on Reset System

8. Click Yes to continue

Adding Polycom Settings

To add settings on the Polycom (you will ONLY have to do this ONCE):

Use slides 22 through 38 of the Videoconferencing with Polycom (PPT file; 8,845 KB) presentation to rebuild the settings in your Polycom.
