Turn on Polycom

Click on System Info
- Write down the following
- IP address (ex. 207.160.149.240)
- Serial Number (ex. 000AB2)
Of the two, the MOST important is the Serial Number

Next, click on Diagnostics

Click on Reset System
-
Enter Serial Number of the Polycom unit

Click on Reset System
-
Click Yes to continue
