Viewing a Presentation

The ViewStation has an embedded Web server that allows you to use your PC to participate in a presentation taking place during a videoconference. (The maximum number of parties is 15 for each ViewStation in a call.)

To view a presentation, follow these steps:

  1. On your PC, launch Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher.

  2. In the Address field, enter the IP address of one of the ViewStations participating in the conference.

  3. The Welcome webpage appears.

  4. Click the View a Presentation icon and enter your user name and a meeting password, if one is needed.

  5. After the connection icon appears on the left side of the frame, you are ready to receive slides.
