    Parking at the Event

    Parking for the event is free to attendees as long as they park in the outdoor surface lot south of the convention center, also referred to as the South Lot.

    If you choose to park at the Hilton or the parking garage, you will be charged the standard rate.

    Meals at Conference

    Your registration includes breakfast and lunch.

    Tuesday Exhibitor Reception – Heavy appetizers will be provided – it will make a meal!

    Logging In to the Event App From Your Invitation

    1. Download the app. On the device you're bringing to the event, open the invitation in your inbox and tap Open the App. Screenshot of device.

      NOTE: If you click the "Open the App" button on a desktop browser, you can enter your mobile number and click Send me the app to be sent the app link in a text message.

      You'll be taken directly to the app in the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device type. Tap Get or Install to download the app.

      If you already have the app downloaded, you'll be logged in and taken directly to the event's Home page instead.

    2. Verify your account. After the app has finished downloading, click Open. You'll be logged in and taken to the event's Home page. You will need to tap Accept to our copyright terms before proceeding.

      NOTE: The invitation can only be used once and expires after 24 hours.

    Logging In From the Event App

    1. Download the app. On the device you're bringing to the event, access the App Store or Google Play Store and search for the "Cvent Events" app. Once you've found the app, download it.
    2. Search for the event. Return to your device's home screen and open the app. Search for 2021 MOREnet Annual Conference (Hybrid) in the search bar.

      NOTE: Already logged in to another event? To return to the event directory and search for the new event, tap the Profile tab, then Account Settings. Tap Exit event at the bottom of the screen.

    3. Download the event. Tap the Download button icon to download the event.
    4. Enter your info. If you aren't automatically prompted to log in, tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen, then Log in. App profile screen

      Enter your first name, last name and email. Then tap the arrow.

    5. Verify your account. You'll either receive an email and text message containing a verification code or just an email. Read it, then return to the app, enter the code, and tap the arrow.

      After entering the verification code, you'll be logged in and taken to the event's Home page or back to the Profile tab.

    Logging In to the Virtual Attendee Hub

    1. Access the login page here: https://cvent.me/gRG8xG

    2. Enter your info. You'll be prompted to enter your first name, last name and the email address you used to register for conference. Then click Next.

    3. Verify your account. You'll either receive an email and text message containing a verification code, or just an email. Read it, then return to your browser, enter the code and click Log in.

      You'll be logged in and taken to the Virtual Conference's Attendee Hub. Remember, this hub is available to all conference registrants. All conference sessions that are live-streamed will be available to watch on-demand after the conference is over. You can identify these sessions with the tag "hybrid session."

      NOTE: Verification codes can only be used once and expire after 24 hours. If you're logging in on multiple devices, you'll receive a new verification code for each.

    Why isn't my session video working?

    Try the solutions below if you are having trouble viewing the video content for a virtual session.

    Refresh the page

    Sometimes it's as simple as refreshing the page and trying again.

    1. Make sure you are on the relevant session page within the Virtual Attendee Hub.
    2. Click the Refresh icon in your browser or, on a Windows device, press Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard. On a Mac device, Command + Shift + R on your keyboard.
    3. Click Join session.

    Log out and log back in

    Starting with a fresh login to the Virtual Attendee Hub may help correct the issue.

    1. Copy the URL for the virtual session page and set it aside for now.
    2. In the top right of the Virtual Attendee Hub, click the circle with your initials or profile picture, then Log out.
    3. Close out all browser windows.
    4. Open a new browser window, paste the link to the virtual session page from step one into the address bar and press Enter.
    5. Follow the prompts to log in to the Virtual Attendee Hub.
    6. The session page opens by default. Click Join session.

    Reduce the video quality

    If an your video is buffering or freezing, adjusting the quality.

    1. Move your mouse cursor onto the video player screen. This will open the video toolbar.
    2. Hover over the gear icon in the bottom right and click Auto from the menu.

    Check the bandwidth

    In order for you to view session videos, your internet speed should be at least 10 Mbps.

    1. Test your internet speed. There are plenty of other sites you can use to test your connection.
    2. If your internet speed is not at least 10 Mbps, plug your computer directly into the router using an Ethernet cable.
    3. If that's not possible, try to move as close as you can to the router.
    4. Repeat the steps you took prior to receiving the video error.

    Try a different browser

    If you are still experiencing issues viewing a video, an outdated or unsupported browser could be the culprit.

    1. Try to open a different browser on your computer.
    2. Log in to the Virtual Attendee Hub in the new browser window.
    3. Repeat the steps you took prior to receiving the video error.

    Disconnect from VPN

    If you are connected to your organization's VPN, your access to some websites may be limited.

    1. Disconnect from your organization's VPN. If your organization doesn't allow you to disconnect from VPN, proceed to the next solution.
    2. Open a new browser window.
    3. Log in to the Virtual Attendee Hub in the new browser window.
    4. Repeat the steps you took prior to receiving the video error.

    Get the video domains whitelisted

    If you are unable to disconnect from your organization's VPN and your access to the Virtual Attendee Hub is restricted, you'll need to work with your IT department to get full access.

    1. We can send you the Video Player domains if needed; please email [email protected] to request these.
    2. Send the list to your IT department, and ask them to whitelist the domains.
