With your Membership Service Package, network consulting support is available in the form of troubleshooting, consulting, design and analysis.
Network consulting is unlimited with a Full Membership Service Package, while a Basic Membership Service Package includes up to 10 hours per year.
Normal hours of operation for Network Consulting services are Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding University holidays.
