Keeping Apps and Software Up-to-Date is Important!

Whether or not apps and software clients update automatically, it is important to always keep them updated with the latest versions.  That proactive step is an important component of cyber security.

Zoom is one of our more popular value-added services that has recently addressed a potential vulnerability with older versions of the client on Apple products.  You can read about that concern on Zoom’s blog (https://blog.zoom.us/wordpress/2019/07/08/response-to-video-on-concern/)

Our Cyber Security Operations Team recommends keeping your Zoom client up-to-date.  As of this post, Zoom does not automatically update and requires you to begin the update process manually.
