We wanted to save you the trip to Chicago or Cupertino you’d normally require to get the training directly from Apple Corporate! We are excited to partner with Apple to offer an Apple Education Trainer Institute to bring to our members quality, low-cost professional development that you won’t find anywhere else in Missouri. The Apple Education Trainer (AET) Institute prepares individuals in a train the trainer model to use the Apple Teacher program resources to support the educators within their school.
During the two-consecutive-day AET Institute, you will:
- Enhance your skills for creating a culture of learning
- Expand personal skills in the use of Apple devices and apps for learning
- Make the most effective use of iPad or Mac as a tool for learning and teaching
- Understand how Apple Teacher resources can be used to successfully support educators in your organization
Sept. 6: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sept. 7: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
In order to attend AET, registered educators will be required to complete the Apple Teacher Course online and submit a screenshot of their badges of completion on or before Aug. 6. Following the AET Institute, you will be asked to submit a project within 30 days to complete your authorization.
