MOREnet has negotiated great rates on wireless network solutions that lower IT costs and increase productivity, increase network flexibility and provide high-uptime connectivity as updates are applied by the provider in the cloud.

You can manage the network from a desktop, view usage reports and automate backup and simple provisioning. If you co-manage wireless with MOREnet, you will also have the ability to log in to HiveManager and make modifications to your access point configurations.

Options for managing local wireless networks:

  • We offer a full managed wireless solution to our members, but if it’s just equipment you need, take advantage of discounted pricing on Aerohive wireless equipment ordered through InfiniTech.
  • A managed wireless service (MOREnet technicians can configure and manage access points, while you have the option to maintain access to cloud management.)

Managed Wireless Support

We understand the ever-increasing user demand for reliable wireless access, even after regular business hours. To help you meet your local needs, MOREnet is adjusting its Managed Wireless support options to enable you to select the most applicable service level for your organization. Whether you simply need our Basic support (7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays) or you need a few more hours of support each day, we have an affordable support option that works for you. For those who wish to access our team after hours, this call option is also available for an additional, per-call fee. Choose the service level agreement that works best for your team and your organization’s needs.

All MOREnet members are able to choose one, two or all three options (equipment discount, managed wireless service or access point installation discounts).

Cancellations

Cancellations for the Managed Wireless Service must be received by June 1 to avoid being charged for an additional year. There are no refunds available for this service.
