Microsoft Licensing
Microsoft 365 Education includes Office 365, Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility + Security, and Minecraft: Education Edition to empower educators to unlock creativity, promote teamwork, and provide a simple and safe experience in a single, affordable solution built for education.
Microsoft now has two Education Service Plans, A3 and A5. View the table on page 2 to compare the two plans. If you have a current agreement, we will need your agreement number before we can take any next steps. In addition, Microsoft now requires counts on the following criteria:
- Education Qualified User- will have a full version of Microsoft 365
- Light User- typically used on shared devices and will only have Office 365
- Student Counts- similar to light users and will only have Office 365
We use our publicly procured contract to purchase licenses on your behalf.
