Our technicians will come to your location and, using NetScout OptiView, will map out your wireless network. We can use this data to spot trouble spots and optimize access point placement. We can also look at your building arrangement and access needs to recommend equipment upgrades or configurations changes to improve your wireless network’s performance. Verbal findings will be provided at the time of the survey, but a written report is available for an additional fee.
