Training Document Formats

Materials are provided in different formats: HTML, PDF, and native PowerPoint (PPT) and Word (Word) documents. All may be accessed by clicking on their link on this page. HTML (webpage) documents will open directly in your browser. PDF documents are viewed using free Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Click on the Adobe Acrobat icon in the menu at right to download a copy, if you don't already have it. FTP documents use either an FTP client or a browser's FTP capability to access the materials. For information about downloading these FTP files, please see our Downloading Class Materials page.

To view Adobe PDF files, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click the Acrobat Reader icon to download the free Reader from the Adobe website.
