Training Registration Request Form

A MOREnet organizational contact must submit this form to request enrollment in training classes offered by MOREnet. Two individuals may be registered for up to three classes each on this form. To register for more classes, please submit additional forms. Training requests should be submitted at least 7 business days before the event.

Complete the form, then click Submit. When the registration process at MOREnet has been completed, a confirmation of registration message will be sent to the e-mail address(es) entered on the form.
