Pixel Art = Modern Mosaics: A Library Activity for Teens (CS)

This session equips librarians with a creative, low-tech program idea for engaging teens ages 12–18. Participants will learn how to facilitate an activity where teens create 8-bit-style mosaics using everyday materials like Post-it notes, candy wrappers, or recycled paper. The activity connects to books centered on artifact discovery and video game quests, aligning perfectly with the “Unearth a Story” theme.
