Product Support Representative

This position provides tier one support for MOREnet's member services for K-12, higher education, public libraries, non-profits and state entities, providing assistance and issue resolution for our members with questions ranging from general enquiries to advanced troubleshooting. Good communication skills are required. The successful candidate will be expected to interact with team members and stakeholders on an ongoing basis with respect to issues, required training, service support analysis and special projects. An evening on-call rotation from 5 - 10 p.m., Monday-Thursday and occasional weekend on-call service may also be required. Special projects at member locations may also occasionally be assigned.
