Market Research Specialist

Utilize both modern and traditional methods to compile and analyze statistical data on the current market landscape of MOREnet’s products, services and customers. Collect data on competitors and market place conditions – including potential target audience, driving factors, niche and differentiators on new and potential product offerings. Work with marketing team to develop strategy for product promotions – including simplifying messages and understanding key talking points and persona of target market. Assist with customer feedback research – including annual customer satisfaction survey, focus groups and vendor partnerships. Audit the display of current products and services on both the public web and our members-only portal. Identify customers and gather initial information for case studies and success stories.
