Network Engineer – Hybrid
The LAN Service team at MOREnet is expanding; we’re adding a network engineer. We/re looking for someone with a strong foundation in information technology with a focus on LAN environments and a strong customer service background. Our member base includes libraries, K-12 schools, higher education institutions and nonprofits in Missouri.
The position is hybrid, but candidates need to within a four-hour drive of Columbia, Mo. There will also be some occasional travel to member locations within the state.
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting firewall, switches, routers and wireless networks is preferred.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and organized, with the ability to work alone most of the time but also be able to work with other team members on larger projects, as needed.
