To assist as you look ahead and prepare your budgets for the next fiscal year, we have recently published our Fiscal Year 2026 member fees for Membership Service Packages and Network Connectivity.
Membership Service Packages
We are pleased to share that membership service package fees will not change from our current FY25 fees. We will continue to provide existing bundled services, including online resources, technical support, network consulting, professional development opportunities, and access to valuable consortium discounts as part of our Full and Basic Membership Service Packages. We are also happy to renew our one free Annual Conference registration for Full membership service package subscribers.
Network Connectivity
We continue to work to reduce network access costs for our connected members, ensuring great value at lower rates where possible. True to our cost-recovery business model, our emphasis is balancing the fee structure, while simplifying the pricing tiers and bringing you the most value for your robust MOREnet connection. The Network Connectivity Fee covers costs related to bringing your connection into the MOREnet statewide backbone network, including Internet access, staff support of the MOREnet network, router management, network security services including DDoS mitigation, connectivity to Internet2, after-hours connection monitoring, circuit vendor management and procurement services. For those eligible for E-Rate funding, we also manage the annual application and filing process on your behalf. Learn more about our E-Rate support on our website.
We are pleased that with our streamlined NCF pricing for FY26, many connected members will have the opportunity to realize fee savings for your current bandwidth tier or as you make plans to increase your bandwidth.

For-fee Service Fees
Our team is currently reviewing all for-fee services to ensure we remain competitive and to simplify pricing, as needed. Our goal is to hold FY26 fees for all For-fee services flat. Any fee changes to for-fee services, will be shared with current subscribers no later than March 31, 2025, to be respectful of your planning and budgeting timelines.
