  • 375 Mbps circuits can upgrade to 500 Mbps at the reduced FY27 rate.
  • 500 Mbps circuits can upgrade to 625 Mbps at the reduced FY27 rate.
  • 625 Mbps circuits can upgrade to 750 Mbpsat the reduced FY27 rate.
  • 750 Mbps circuits can upgrade to 875 Mbpsat the reduced FY27 rate.
  • 875 Mbps circuits can upgrade to 1000 Mbpsat the reduced FY27 rate.
  • 2000 Mbps circuits can upgrade to 3000 Mbpsat the reduced FY27 rate.
  • 3000 Mbps circuits can upgrade to 5000 Mbpsat the reduced FY27 rate.

Terms of Promotion

  • Logical upgrades on existing circuits are eligible.
  • Circuit term renewal requirements:
    • If remaining circuit term as of date of service renewal is greater than12 months, site does NOT have to renew circuit term.
    • If remaining circuit term as of date of service renewal is less than 12 months site does have to renew.
  • Circuits on order and not currently in production that meet the terms of this promotion are eligible.
  • Member contact must authorize an electronic MOREnet service renewal for the upgrade before March 31, 2026.
  • There is no refund or credit as a result of the promotion.
  • This opportunity is subject to bandwidth availability and is not available in all areas – contact your member service advisor to discuss your options.
  • REAL Members are subject to the REAL Program connection upgrade policy and process; learn about the connection upgrade process.
  • In some cases, equipment upgrades are necessary, and upgrade timeframe will be delayed.
