Student Data Privacy Regional Discussions

Student Data Privacy in Practice: A Regional Discussion

Join us for these interactive sessions, designed for Missouri Student Data Privacy Alliance members and other MOREnet K-12 members who are committed to protecting student information. The northwest session will be at the Williford Building in Albany on March 2, 2026, and the southeast session will be at the Ignite Center at Jackson High School in Jackson on March 13, 2026.

Area school districts will share what they’ve implemented to support student data privacy and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. MOREnet will explain the MOSPA and TEC options, discuss AI and student data privacy implications, and provide tools and resources to assist you with SDP. There will also be a roundtable discussion where you can raise questions, share concerns, and identify additional resources that would be helpful to support ongoing privacy work in schools.

Whether you’re just starting or refining your approach to student data privacy, your voice and experience are valuable. Join us for an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and continue building a strong culture of privacy in Missouri schools.

There is no charge for this event for any MOREnet member.

If you are not in the Northeast area and would like a similar regional discussion, please email dataprivcy@more.net to discuss options and get one scheduled.
