Earn Graduate Credit from the University of Central Missouri by Attending the MOREnet Conference

Educators attending the MOREnet Annual Conference can earn one graduate credit hour, which can be applied toward a graduate degree at the University of Central Missouri by enrolling in INST 5000: Special Projects – Technology Professional Development. This opportunity enables educators to engage in professional learning while earning academic credit, supporting their ongoing growth and advancement.

Requirements

  1. Attend the MOREnet Annual Conference.
  2. Submit a three to six page paper (word-processed, double-spaced, standard font) summarizing and reflecting on at least three sessions attended during the conferene.
    • For each session:
      1. Briefly describe the session.
      2. Reflect on the session’s purpose and focus.
      3. Describe how you can implement the concepts in your current role or setting.
  3. If you present a session, you may include a copy of your presentation as the summary for one session.

Submission Procedure

  1. Submit an application to the University of Central Missouri as a non-degree seeking student and pay tuition for one credit hour. Visit UCM’s website for tuition information.
  2. Email your completed assignment to Lauren Hays, Educational Technology Program Coordinator, University of Central Missouri, at lauhays@ucmo.edu.
  3. Assignments must be submitted within two weeks of the conclusion of the MOREnet Annual Conference.
