We are pleased to share that the REAL Program will again be supporting professional development for Missouri libraries by offsetting expenses of the MOREnet Annual Conference and the Technical Training Summit.
Annual Conference (October 2025): The first 20 attendee registrations received from participating library staff for the two days of technical sessions (Oct 22-23) at the annual MOREnet Conference will be fully funded by the the REAL Program. In addition, the REAL Program will pay for a sleeping room for two nights at the selected conference hotel (Margaritaville by Tan Tar A) for the first 10 eligible public library attendees who have not attended a MOREnet Conference since 2021.
Technical Training Summit (February 2026): The REAL Program will pay for one night of lodging for up to 40 attendees from REAL Program public libraries for any scheduled training session that is part of the Technical Training Summit. In addition, REAL will subsidize 50% of the Technical Training Summit registration fees for REAL Program participating libraries that subscribe to a MOREnet Membership Service Package.
