CrowdStrike brought Tom’s Coffee Truck to the Columbia Public Schools Board Office this week as a way to thank staff and spend time connecting, with Jeff Luzum from CrowdStrike on site serving coffee. It was a simple gesture, but a meaningful one. We’re always glad to see CPS recognized, and it’s a good reminder of how strong partnerships support the people doing the work in our schools every day.
This also reflects the broader work happening across our partnerships. CrowdStrike’s AI-driven cybersecurity platform aligns with MOREnet’s focus on supporting responsible AI use in schools. As AI becomes more common in both classrooms and cyber threats, it is important that schools have partners who are working to stay ahead of risks. Together, these efforts help support secure systems while reinforcing the importance of using AI in thoughtful and appropriate ways across school communities.
